Kristi has over 20 years of real estate experience covering residential sales, commercial sales, out of state sales & property management.
Winston (the White Dog) is her family’s English Retriever who has brought many smiles to many lives.

Erin is a Colorado native and has been in real estate since 2014. She has a passion for helping buyers & sellers by assisting with the admin tasks of a real estate transaction. When away from work, Erin loves making memories with her family and 3 pups. She can often be found camping, four wheeling or running in the beautiful Colorado outdoors.
Meet Winston, the White Dog, our family’s English Retriever. He loves chasing tennis balls, romping in the snow, and exploring Castle Rock on long walks. Winston is also a dedicated companion at home—he enjoys spending time our the kids, keeping them company during homework, and snuggling in for some love.
One of Winston’s favorite spots is Lighthouse Coffee, where he’s a familiar face, making friends with both adults and kids who stop by to say ‘hello’. He’s just as happy running after a toy as he is calmly lying at your feet, content after a day of adventure.
Winston reminds us that life is about relationships—connecting with family, friends, and the community around us —and he’s a constant source of joy for our family and everyone he meets.
